Founded as a conventional homebuilding company by Charles Allaire in 1963, C.M. Allaire became a Real Log Homes Independent Representative in 1971. Following Charles Allaire's retirement, his sons Dan and Dave Allaire had a long tenure with the company until 2024, contributing to the success and reputation of C.M. Allaire within the log home building community in Massachusetts and Southern New England.
Now, under new ownership, Jake Alexander brings a fresh perspective to the business. With more than 20 years in the construction industry and a passion for carpentry and the outdoors, Alexander is poised to lead C.M. Allaire into an exciting new chapter.
